Apologies to all readers for my hiatus…..some of this has been being too busy and some because I only want to write real relevent things:) ! Before proceeding, a heads up on a major domain announcement/sale coming from me soon. Also, I was excited to see Poker.orgsell for seven figures. Now, Poker is a unique category and space and TLD’s other than dotcom do have more value due to the online gaming laws. The other night I saw yet another in an endless strong of dotcom generic names on a prime time TV ad. The ad was awful but it was an ad for Colombian coffee and the domain was whatsbehindthebest.com. I can say we confidence that every single domain at SimpleDomains is more intuitive than that one yet there it was, PRIME TIME. i will say this every blog, every day. More and more generic words and phrases are being used by established brands to properly drive branding and traffic.
